Notes:  
   
1. The figures for the corresponding periods have been restated, wherever necessary, to make them comparable.
   
2. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing of cotton yarn & knitted fabrics. Since the Company's business falls within a single business segment, disclosure under Accounting Standard (AS) -17 segment reporting are not applicable.
   
3. During the quarter, one complaint was received from the investors, no complaints were pending at beginning of the quarter as well as at the end of the quarter.
   
5. The above results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved at the meeting of Board of Directors held on 11th November, 2011. The statutory Auditors of the company have carried out "Limited Riview" of the Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th September,2011.
