Kanco was incorporated on 4th October, 1991 with its registration as a company with limited liability and as part of its expansion plans, in 1998 it made a foray into manufacture of Tea and Textile products. Kanco has Mackeypore & Lakmijan Tea Estate in the State of Assam and Textile Unit known as Kanco Overseas situated in the State of Gujarat.
	Promoted by Mr U Kanoria, Kanco is managed by a Board of Directors comprising eminent enterpreneurs/professionals and the day to day affairs of the Company are looked after by Mr U Kanoria, Chairman & Managing Director and Mr G.R.Basotia, Wholetime Director assisted by a team of professionals.
