Always ready for opportunities to create new markets, the Unit maintains a sufficient stock of Cotton Bales for 4 to 5 months' production to ensure consistency in quality of yarn throughout the year.

Kanco Overseas has machinery with the latest technology, acquired from the leading manufacturers like LMW, Rieter, Vouk, KTTM, Schlafhorst, Muratec, Xorella (yarn conditioning for imparting uniform moisture in cones) and automatic LTG Humidification plant for maintaining required relative humidity and temperature for excellent working conditions.

Blow room, Cards and Combers are equipped with Automatic Waste evacuation systems for a dust free environment. For contamination-free yarn, winding machines are equipped with Contamination removal clearers- SIRO clearers.

The Unit is also equipped with a full-fledged testing laboratory having the latest and the

most sophisticated testing equipment like the Premier HFT-9000 (High Volume Instrument for cotton testing), Uster AFIS (for process control and fine setting of preparatory machines), UT-3 with Hairiness tester, Uster Classimat-3, CSP system and Ring Data system for regular monitoring of yarn quality to maintain the International Standards of quality yarn.
